247 Consulting Group is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the expectations and requirements of our clients. The following outlines our refund policy:

Case-by-Case Evaluation: Refunds are generally not offered as standard policy. However, if the Client feels that the services provided by 247 Consulting Group have not met the agreed-upon requirements or expectations, the Client may request a review of the service delivery. Such requests must be made in writing, detailing the reasons for the refund request. 247 Consulting Group will evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and determine the eligibility for a partial or full refund.

Limitations on Refunds: Except in circumstances where 247 Consulting Group agrees, after a case-by-case evaluation, that a refund is warranted, all services rendered by 247 Consulting Group are deemed final, and no refunds will be provided. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the Client changes their mind, cancels the project after work has commenced, or has business circumstances change.
